Our house is in a quiet enclave 3 blocks from the Main Street and about 7 minute walk. There is a free bus stop 2 minutes from our door. The apartment has a private entrance. It is a basement apartment with 2 large windows that let in a lot of light. The occupants have access to our deck and table over looking Yampa Valley. The space the apartment is large which makes it comfortable in the winter when more time is spent inside. The kitchen is fully equiped for 5-6 people to cook and eat.
