Spread out in our comfortable open-concept home, relax on the porch with a glass of wine, enjoy a fire inside or outside, or walk/bike to one of the many eateries surrounding campus. The space Kick your shoes off and relax in our home. Open kitchen, dining and living areas make for a great gathering space in front of a gas fireplace. One bedroom with a queen bed and a connected full bath completes the first floor. Upstairs is the master bedroom with queen size bed and full bath with dual-head shower. Also upstairs are two other bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and the other with a twin bed. A full bath with tub/shower and a laundry room round off the second floor. Guest access Don't want to be cooped up in the house? Enjoy a drink on the large front porch while watching the activity of the neighborhood, or head out to the back patio and build a fire in our fire pit. Need a workout while staying? Enjoy a walk or run through our active neighborhood or SU campus, or use our basement workout area equipped with a treadmill, spin bike, various barbell weights, and a TRX system. Also, arrangements to rent our bicycles can be made upon request.
