The space This newly constructed property, built in 2018, offers a perfect blend of contemporary design and comfort, making it an ideal choice for your stay in the city. House plan: There are kitchen, living room and one bedroom with two beds and a full bathroom outside the room on the first floor. Also there is a laundry room on the first floor. The second floor has 3 bedrooms: master bedroom with a full bathroom inside the room, the other 2 bedrooms have 2 beds inside of each room and they share a full bathroom. Relax in the bright and open living room, featuring comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. Prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen, complete with appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials. Location: Situated in the vibrant South Los Angeles neighborhood, you’re just a short drive away from popular attractions like the Natural History Museum, Exposition Park, and the Staples Center. Enjoy easy access to a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options! Guest access You can park in the garage but please don't close the garage door. Other things to note The house is entirely yours to use. You are welcome to use everything in the house. Please note that we do not replenish toilet paper, body care products or cleaning supplies. We only provide a starter kit upon arrival. We do not provide late checkouts - the cleaning company charges us $100 for each hour of waiting. Also note that it is important to indicate the correct number of guests when booking. We do not allow unauthorized guests who were not indicated on the booking. You’re free to check in anytime after 4PM, but you’ll have to check out by 11AM because that’s when the cleaning crew gets here. Registration number HSR23-002987
