Everything you need to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach is provided including beach towels The space This is a unique privately owned and managed triplex on a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac just minutes from the Beach. There is ample parking as well as Easy access up and down the beach on the Jolly Trolly to popular destination from Clearwater Beach all the way down to Treasure Island with stops just minutes from the property. The Bedroom is very large with a fabulous Denver Mattress Company king size bed, and designer bed linens. There is a full size private bathroom en suite with a walk-in shower and separate large vanity space. This private suite also has a locking door as well as a private entrance. Guest access In addition to a private bedroom and bath, guests have access to a large living room, kitchen, dinning room and shared half bathroom. There are also three large balchony's available for relaxing, sunning and outdoor dinning as well as a Bar-B-Que. Guests also have access to everything needed for a fun filled day at our beautiful, white sand Beaches - Beach towels, beach bags, beach chairs, beach wagons, coolers and umbrellas! During your stay We encourage a more European style of Bed and Breakfast with hostess, guests and other guests getting to know one another and sharing their experience.
