Queen Bedroom close to CMAC, Downtown, Lake, Wine

Located on a quiet, dead end street, our house is a 10 minute walk to downtown Canandaigua. This house is also a 5 minute drive to the lake, and a 10 minute drive to CMAC. During the winter, Bristol Mountain is only 15 minutes away for skiing. The space Our two story home is quiet and cozy. The bedroom and a full bathroom are on the second floor. You will enjoy the privacy of one room with a queen bed, TV, and high ceilings. This room locks with a key from the inside and outside. There is another full bathroom downstairs. You also have access to two living rooms, a dining space, and kitchen. During the summer, our home has a spacious covered porch where you can relax with a drink and a book, and a shaded outdoor dining and lounge space on the back patio. Guest access You'll enjoy one driveway parking spot, two full bathrooms, TVs with Netflix, Max, and Disney+ in the queen bedroom and the living room, and access to the kitchen and dining space. Coffee and tea are provided. During the summer, you can lounge on the covered front porch or eat outside on the back patio. During your stay As two teachers with a young son, we are happy to socialize or give you your privacy. We have lived in Canandaigua for several years and have explored tourist attractions as well as dining options, breweries, and wineries. Other things to note We have three adorable and friendly short hair cats. They will likely stay out of your way unless you want to play. Our toddler is well behaved and won't be a bother!
