Apartment is a luxury top floor condo with amazing panoramic views 🔵3 bedroom,2 bath, large loft. Beds consist of 3-queen pillow-top beds 🟢 include a private balcony with stunning panoramic view Road to condo is wavy through mountains, but with lovely views THIS COMPLEX DOESNT HAVE ANY ELEVATORS (It’s in the 3rd floor) This complex has an outdoor pool available through Labor Day THE COMPLEX INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB open. The space ⚠️ Stairs Only (No Elevator): The apartment is located on the third floor, and there is no elevator in the building. Please be aware that guests will need to walk up the stairs and carry their belongings themselves. 🟥 Indoor Fireplace is NOT available: The fireplace in the apartment used to be operational. However, after an incident where guests almost caused serious harm, we made the decision to permanently close it for safety reasons. For this reason, the fireplace is not available for use. ⛰️ Road Access: The condo is located in the mountains, about 10–15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg (depending on your driving speed). To get there, you’ll need to drive on a steep and winding mountain road. The road is safe, but please be prepared for sharp turns and drive carefully. For reference, we personally reached the condo with a dually pickup truck, and it fit without any issues — just keep in mind that mountain driving requires some extra attention. 🟦 Laundry & Dryer: Washing machines and dryers are not inside the apartment. They are located just across the street, next to the office. This is a coin-operated service, so you will need to bring coins and your own detergent. ⚠️ Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, as this apartment is also used by our family as a vacation property, and one of our family members has a severe allergy to animals. At the same time, we completely understand how important pets are to many travelers, and we would have loved to welcome them. However, in this case, health and safety must come first. We have also provided Airbnb with all the necessary documentation confirming this policy. ❌Party: Parties Are Strictly Forbidden. Our resort community has Silent Hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Many families with children stay here, so we kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet environment. Parties or loud gatherings are completely forbidden according to our HOA rules. If you’re looking for a place to host a party, please consider booking a stand-alone cabin, where you won’t have any neighbors or noise restrictions.
