Partyers: SAIL FEST HOTSPOT w/ rooftop access!

My studio is right in the Sail Fest mix by all the bars, restaurants, and fireworks in Downtown New London. Across the street from my front door are all the rides and food stands, with even more around the corner. If you want to escape for the day, it's right down the street from Ocean Beach, and there's great views and parks nearby as well. Even if the weather gets lousy, it's right by the highway and only 15 mins from Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods. Great spot for adventurers or couples w/out kids.
