Guest access BEACH ACCESS: You are free to go on the beach as long as you adhere to the rules about leashing dogs and staying off oyster/clam beds. (low tide) Bring your own kayak, floaties, rowboat, and fishing poles. Water gear can enter in the water ONLY at high tide, (no mud, only rocks and sand) to protect the shellfish. Guests are NOT permitted at waters edge at low tide. NO PERSON is ever allowed to walk on the oyster farm for any reason and NO shellfish of any kind, can be taken from these oyster farms. This beach is PRIVATE PROPERTY with no public access. All the beaches are privately owned so stay on mine. If you desire to walk the beach, some owners may say something. If so, adhere to their requests. Dogs must be leashed at all times on the beach, even on mine. The neighbors road (to the left when facing the water) is also private property and off limits! They have chickens that roam freely, so keep your dogs on my property and driveway when walking. You are free to picnic, swim, float, fish or kayak from my beach. (marked by the bulkhead directly in front of the cabin). There are serene country roads to access from my driveway, to go for walks and enjoy listening to the birds, feel the breeze and smell the scents of the country. Other things to note Because this is an active oyster farm, the oyster harvesters do their work at low tide, no matter the time. The only thing you might notice is the truck lights coming down the neighbor"s driveway. This only happens when the tide is very low.
