Walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants on College avenue in Rockridge neighborhood. You'll have use of the whole house - a quiet bedroom with french doors that open to the deck, a bright kitchen with modern appliances and skylights, a bathroom with claw foot tub and separate shower, a big deck and back yard. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including parking in driveway, big back deck and backyard. Kids' bedroom is not used for guests unless specifically noted - door to this room is kept closed :) Other things to note We have a very friendly kitty named Diego - he mostly lives outside but loves new people, kids, and other pets. If you like pets he will happily interact with you.
