Nice private room with shower room near Paris

Come and relax in our lovely room, which features a private bathroom with shower/toilet and a separate entrance through the garden. Key handover always takes place in the company of our faithful Pépito 🐶 between 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm (times to be agreed upon together, as we are an active family). Train station 5 minutes away (RER A, L/J): La Défense/Arena: 10 minutes, St-Lazare/Opéra: 11 minutes, Eiffel Tower: 35 minutes. Bakeries, convenience stores, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a laundromat, a florist, and hairdressers are all within a 5-minute walk. Welcome! The space No access to the accommodation after 10pm on the day of check-in. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge. Towels can be changed upon request for stays of more than 5 days. You'll have: - a 24"Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video, - a small refrigerator, - a water kettle with coffee and tea, - ironing board, - hair dryer, - Soap and shampoo. No microwave. 🌍🌱 To help protect the environment, we kindly ask our guests to turn off the lights and lower the heating when they are not in the room. Guest access The garden is the only shared space (with Pépito and us) During your stay I communicate a lot through Airbnb messaging and I am very easily reachable. Other things to note The room is non-smoking, but you may smoke in the garden. The Google Maps and City Mapper apps are very useful for getting around.
