Sunny 1Br in Woodley Park!

A large sunny one bedroom filled with natural light! It is located in the very hip Woodley Park, a short walk to great restaurants, bars, and the zoo! You will be a short ride away from Adams Morgan, DuPont Circle, and Columbia Heights. The space The apartment is beautiful, with natural wood floors, and high ceilings. It has plenty of windows and even has a fire escape that residents use as a "balcony" area. Decorated with my husband's beautiful art and trinkets from all over the world, the space is warm, cozy, and bright. The bedroom has a comfortable full bed with lots of pillows. The bathroom has a standing shower with great water pressure, and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to make a meal. There is internet, cable TV, and Apple TV in case you would like to stay in! Guest access Guests are welcome to use everything in apartment except for clothes, shoes, toiletries (basically all personal items.) We will leave out umbrellas and reusable bags in case you need them during your stay. Feel free to use what is in the fridge as long as it is replaced. We will stock the place with toilet paper, paper towels, and drinking water for you. Other things to note As we approach the colder months, please note that the heat in the apartment is controlled by the building. The apartment rarely gets chilly, but just in case we have a strong space heater that can heat up what ever room it is in.
