Lovely house with tons of space. Located on Brice Prairie, this house sits on a back stream of the mighty Mississippi/lake Onalaska. Accessible by flat bottom boat, kayak or similar. Not a great swimming spot with being often a bit weedy. Great ice fishing just down a bit and a large fenced in back yard. House has two kitchens, formal dining, large deck, rec area with kids items. The space This spacious house spans three levels, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the full bathrooms features a jetted tub, perfect for a soothing soak. While the house is fairly updated with many thoughtful additions, it’s still a work in progress with a few upcoming improvements, including floor trim updates, countertop repairs, and some painting. There’s an additional bedroom currently set up as a small office space, providing a quiet spot for work or study. Please note that the garage is locked and not accessible to guests. However, there is ample parking available, with the driveway and adjacent gravel area comfortably accommodating up to six vehicles. The house has a lot to offer, but it’s not brand new or perfectly polished. If you’re seeking pristine accommodations or a completely bug-free outdoor experience, this may not be the best fit. However, if you appreciate a spacious, comfortable, and evolving home, you’ll find plenty to enjoy here. Guest access All parts of the house with the exception of the garage and a locked room. Other things to note One dog allowed, no cats. If additional dogs would like to be brought, message prior to booking. There is a pet fee of $20 per night, per dog fee.
