It is a private single family home,so the grounds are share with no one.This Spanish style home can comfortably accommodate 6-9 guests. Take a dip in the large recreational swimming pool, barbecue in our new outdoor pool side kitchen/gazebo, catch the sunset on the roof deck, or take a short walk to Corcega (Rincon's swimming beach) less than 200 yards away. The Sand Castle Villa is conveniently located near all; supermarkets, banks, restaurants, liquor store, pharmacy, video store, surfing beaches and nightlife. Also available nearby is a running track, gym, horseback riding, bike & surf board rentals, jet ski & banana boat rides, scuba diving, snorkeling, and charter boats for fishing. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and flip flops and enjoy the laid back Surfing town of Rincon, Puerto Rico. WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS THROUGH (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN).: We have a minimum age requirement. Other things to note Welcome to our home. The house is fully equipped with all bedding, bath and pool towels and all kitchen needs but the food. Please be advised that we do not supply any additional toiletries or household supplies such as garbage bags, charcoal for grill, or laundry detergent. We do provide 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom and a roll of paper towels for kitchen, dishwashing liquid and a few garbage bags and dishwasher detergent. Please if anything was left over from previous guest or cleaning crew feel free to use during your stay. Added to the total is a 7% Puerto Rico Room/ Occupancy Tax . Also prior to arriving to the Sandcastle Villa the contract must be received and signed along with payment of occupancy tax.
