The space The cottage is a lovely guest house in the heart of Tucson. Newly remodeled, The cottage boasts granite counters and a bar top dining area. It also has a comfortable queen bed which is separate from the living area. It features a full bath and 2 skylights. The outdoor area includes gated off street parking, a shed for bikes and sporting equipment and outdoor seating for dining and relaxing. Additional amenities include a/c and heating, hi speed wireless internet, and T.V. The Cottage also has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The Cottage is furnished with sheets, towels, and dishes. We will start you off with coffee, tea, and a light snack upon your arrival. If you find yourself needing something the hosts are available or invisible as desired. The cottage is located just off the 3rd street bike path, just three miles east of the University of Arizona. We are blocks from several very nice restaurants (3 block from Zayna's), groceries, shopping, golf and tennis, several parks and a public library. Maximum occupancy is 2 people and 2 small dogs.
