Welcome to Coastal Views, a cozy oceanfront haven offering breathtaking vistas of the pool and beach. We’re pleased to share that the pool area renovations were completed in March 2026, and the pool has been open for guests to enjoy since then. Coastal Views is conveniently located just minutes away from everything to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shops and the town plaza. The space Nestled in Rincon, our charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment perfectly blends comfort and coastal charm. The first bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom features two twin-size beds. A pack and play is available in the first bedroom closet for our little guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with A/C mini-split units, ensuring a pleasant stay. Situated right on Córcega Beach, this condominium is an ideal retreat for families or couples seeking a beach getaway. The living room invites relaxation with a TV equipped with a Roku streaming device, a dining area, and a private balcony to savor the ocean breeze. Remote control light ceiling fans grace the living and dining rooms, complemented by a portable fan for added comfort. The fully-equipped kitchen caters to your culinary needs, featuring a microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric cooktop, pots, pans, and all necessary kitchen utensils. We've got you covered with paper towels and dish soap. A washer and dryer are also at your disposal, with a gentle reminder to clean the lint filter after each use (please note that laundry detergent and fabric softener are not provided). Guest access Your access extends to everything within the apartment (with the exception of the owner's locked closet). Guests also have full access to the condominium pool, which is fully operational and available for use during your stay, as well as the sun-kissed Córcega Beach. A designated parking spot is available for your convenience. Other things to note We've taken care of the details to enhance your stay. Expect fresh linens, bath and beach towels, an ironing board, an iron, a hair dryer, and a flat iron at your disposal. Essential bathroom amenities such as toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided. Beach gear is not included with the rental. From time to time, previous guests may leave behind items such as chairs, umbrellas, or coolers for others to enjoy. Availability varies, and we’re unable to guarantee, replace, or restock these items. This condominium is home to individually owned apartments, and I personally own and manage this unit. The building’s shared amenities, including the pool and common areas, are maintained and operated by the Homeowners Association (HOA). While amenities are typically available year-round, occasional temporary closures may occur due to maintenance, weather, safety concerns, or HOA policies. These situations are uncommon and outside of my direct control, but I will always keep guests informed of any known updates that may affect their stay. For added security, surveillance cameras are strategically placed in the building’s common areas, along with a personal security camera facing the outside of our apartment’s front door. Please be aware that power outages can occasionally occur throughout Puerto Rico. Neither the building nor our condo is equipped with a backup generator. We understand how inconvenient outages can be; however, power restoration is handled by the local utility provider and is outside of our control. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued for island-wide outages. Conveniently located, we're just 40 minutes from Rafael Hernandez International Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla, PR, and 2.5 hours from San Juan Airport (SJU) in Carolina, PR. While you're here, we recommend renting a car for short drives around the town. Your coastal retreat awaits!
