Our spacious guest room features panoramic view of wetlands, very comfortable Queen bed, nice furnishings and 100% down comforter. Super fast Fiber internet. Right on Bus 47 line, 20 mins walk to MAX, 10 mins drive to Nike, Intel, Columbia, McAfee, 3 mins walk to great coffee shop, restaurants including Sushi and Ramen. Our house is very quiet and located on a safe cul-de-sac with street parking. The space If you love nature, you'll love this room! You can watch birds, deer, and geese right from your bedroom window. Just bring your own binoculars! :) Sorry no kitchen privileges. Guest access We make an effort to keep our house clean and tidy. Please help us keep our space clean. Depending on traffic, it takes about 5 mins to Intel, 10 mins to Nike, 5-10 mins to Hillsboro downtown and about 20-25 mins to portland downtown. Great coffee shop Insomnia just 2 blocks away, and sushi/ American restaurant/bar all within 5 mins walk. Other things to note During July - Aug, there could be guests staying downstairs. The room is located upstairs. The bathroom is shared among guests only. Guests who stay more than 4 nights would have laundry access. You may use our microwave and toaster oven. Limited kitchen access.
