Unique space located on the North Coast of the Potrerillos Dam, with incredible views of the dam and the Cordón del Plata. Ideal for a quiet getaway and to enjoy nature with all the amenities. We must bear in mind that it is an ecological house, it is located in the mountain of Mendoza, so we must be careful with the consumption of energy, water and gas. To access the house, you must take a 12 km mountainous gravel road with curves. The space The house can accommodate 10 people. It has a double room with an en-suite bathroom, and a room for six people with an additional bathroom, located on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are heated with wood-burning Salamanders. It has a living - dining room with fireplace, spacious and equipped kitchen, gallery with grill and mud oven, pool, stove and garage. There is Wi-Fi and a smart TV. We have a kayak available for use on the dock. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The house is located 17 kilometers from Villa Potrerillos, about 30/40 minutes estimated, since the road is mountainous. To get there we must cross a railway bridge and drive for 12 km on a gravel road that runs along the dyke. We recommend having your own mobility, preferably a pickup truck, but it can even be accessed by car, at a slower speed. Both the service station and the nearest store are about 30/40 minutes from the property, so we always recommend shopping before arrival. As an eco-friendly house, it is powered by solar panels, and has a backup electric generator, if necessary.
