Beautiful country home on 5 acres of paths, ponds, waterfalls, gardens and streams. You can rent a private guestroom for a weekend getaway, or for an additional fee (see below) the entire house ($500 per night) for a vacation with the entire family or group of friends. The space PLEASE REVIEW ENTIRE HOUSE PRICING! Two living rooms one with woodstove, 5 bedrooms, a study, full kitchen, back porch, grill, fire pit and out door dining, a huge dining table. Guests will have access to the entire house regardless of whether they rent a single room or the whole place. Your interaction with me all depends if you're renting the entire house or just one room. There are many private places in the house and in the garden to make sure you have all the privacy you need even if I'm up for the weekend. If you rent the entire house, well it's all yours to enjoy. The house is in a sleepy hamlet in the Catskill Mountains. Private, with hiking nearby, farm market, local cheeses, a distillery with tours, a perfect country getaway. You will need a car to get here. 3 NIGHT MINIMUM for holiday weekends. HALL OF FAME WEEKEND, $499 per night for entire house up to 4 guests. $50 per night for each additional guest, up to 6 total. Minimum 3 nights. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and grounds.
