Take a deep breath by the river at our peaceful oasis. This is the perfect place to quietly contemplate or enjoy music and good company; whether by campfire or taking in the stunning mountain view. Bald eagles, Hawks, and Owls roost here and fly freely. On a clear night you need only look up to see the bright moon, shooting stars and constellations. This is truly a special place to spend time alone or with friends, listening to the sounds of the river. The space Our property spans more than 10 acres with ample parking and beautiful views. It is well appointed with a barbeque and picnic tables, an overlook to the river with a large wood burning fire pit, and a furnished deck out back. Outside there is plenty of room to swing from a tree and play games like ping-pong, corn-hole, badminton and volleyball. There is even a tether ball and a *10x10 dog kennel. Inside the kitchen is well equipped with a Wolf 48" double oven and suited to serve up to 10 people. You can air-fry, toast or microwave. There is a coffee bar (coffee, tea, hot chocolate), a 3 gallon Poland Spring water jug with dispenser (although tap water is double filtered and safe to drink), washer-dryer, utensils, and sharp knives. Basic spices, olive oil, vinegar, cooking spray, aluminum foil and food wrap are stocked for convenience. There are two bathrooms each equipped with a shower, blow dryer, absorbent towels and a clothing steamer. We provide soap, shampoo and conditioner. The downstairs bathroom has a first aid kit. The bedrooms are super comfortable with 1000+ thread cotton sheets, plush Ugg blankets and extra pillows. On a cold night you can enjoy warming up with a drink by the wood burning stove(s). We provide a complimentary wood bundle and fire- starters for use during your stay. More wood is available on site for a small fee. The mountain air is refreshing all year round, but in the warmer months you can relax in central air conditioning. There is a DVD player in the living room, some movies, and streaming services can easily be accessed on the 70” television. In the loft you’ll find a gaming system (loaded with nostalgic games) hooked up to a 50” television. WIFI is provided throughout the house with a monitor, keyboard and mouse ready to be hooked up to your laptop. An indoor/outdoor large Bluetooth speaker is also available to play music. In case of a power outage a backup generator will automatically turn on as needed. *Additional charge for pet. Guest access Guests will have use of the entire property during their stay. Pre-approved pets must be under 40 lbs, well behaved, and house trained. Pets must be walked, waste picked up and put into small baggies and into large garbage receptacle outside. Leave no trace. Damage to home or property will necessarily result in additional charges to the primary guest/renter. Other things to note This property is located on National Park Lands and guests are required to keep the area clean and pack out all garbage into the provided garbage bags and receptacle (in the small, locked shed) at the end of their stay. Please respect that this home is located in a protected wildlife area. Pets must be chaperoned at all times and may not sleep in beds.
