Wonderful bedroom in a 4 bed/ 4 bath apartment! *30-days MINIMUM stay* This bedroom and unit is located on a desirable intersection of the Inner Richmond district. We are located not far from UCSF Parnassus Campus, Golden Gate Park, and Clement Street corridor where there is plenty of good nightlife and restaurants! This bedroom and unit is located on the 2nd Floor, there is NO elevator so you must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. The space ONE ROOM in a 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom flat. Each room has a locking door for privacy. Guests will have full access to the kitchen and bathroom, which is shared with all the tenants. There are potentially 6 guests at any given time since each room has a 2 person MAX. Guest access Guests will have full access to their respective rooms, the kitchen, and bathroom. There is also quarter-operated washing and drying machines located downstairs. It costs $3.00 to WASH & DRY. During your stay We will provide you with the door code and entry instructions the day of your arrival.
