All these 7 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. 3. Air conditioner is available in all the bedrooms. 4. The bedrooms have 7 king-size beds. Living room 1. The living room has a sofa seater for 16 people. 2. There are 2 center tables. 3. There are 2 separate dining tables (6 seaters and 4 seaters) Bathrooms 1. The villa has 7 bathrooms attached to each bedroom. 2. There are 2 common bathrooms. 3. Basic toiletries are provided 4. Electric Geyser is available in all the bathrooms. Outside area: 1. The outside area is well-composed and spacious with a swing, pool recliner, low sitting bench. 2. Take a dip in the private swimming pool. NYLON SWIMMING COSTUME IS MANDATORY IN POOL Additional amenities 1. Up to 8 cars Private parking space is available. 2. Caretaker will be available at your service from. Security Deposit 1: A refundable security deposit of INR 15,000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests. Other things to note 1. The approach is good enough. 2. The property is amidst nature. Food left outdoors may invite insects and animals. 3. For mosquitos, repellents are available, but we advise closing doors and windows in the evening to prevent them from entering the house. 4. Outside Food is not allowed at the property. Check-in NOT BEFORE 2 PM Check-out NO LATER THAN 11 AM During their stay, guests are not permitted to welcome visitors or other guests post 10pm. Extra charges will be levied in such a case. We don't support late-night revelry or parties. After 10 p.m., loud music is not authorised. Strictly NO DJ PARTIES or BIG SOUND SYSTEMS ALLOWED. Illegal acts are not allowed on the premises, including but not limited to carrying/using drugs/narcotics and carrying weapons/weapons. The management maintains the right to inform local authorities of any such activity. There is a no-smoking policy inside the villa.Kindly smoke strictly in outdoor areas only. FINE will be levied if found smoking indoors. The pool has no lifeguard on duty. Infants/Youngsters in the pool must always be supervised by an adult. The jacuzzi in the property is not operational. Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items. Any personal goods/valuables should be kept safely. Loss, theft, or damage to any items are not the responsibility of management. Only Aadhar Cards, Driver's Licenses, and Passports are accepted as ID Proof.
