The first rooms in front have a king size bed and a private bathroom The other two bedrooms feature a double bed, 2 single beds, and a private bathroom We have a patio, dining room and basic outdoor kitchen, which is shared with the other rooms. The property is a block away from the center and 3 blocks from the lagoon. We have internet access and A/C in each room. Guest access Additional to your room you have access to the patio, dining room and basic kitchen ( stove and refrigerator) Other things to note A cash deposit must be paid upon arrival and returned on your departure. This varies depending on how many nights you stay. For stays up to 15 days is $1,000. For stays of 16 days to 29 days it is $3,000 and for stays of 30 days onwards it is a month of rent.
