The space 𝐇𝐎𝐓 𝐓𝐔𝐁 Relax in our luxurious, 6-person hot tub while overlooking the tranquil waters of Lake Forest. 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐃𝐎𝐎𝐑 𝐃𝐄𝐂𝐊 We provide a propane blackstone grill and an assortment of outdoor seating for your family to enjoy a meal outdoors. Turn on the string lights to enhance your experience! You will be surrounded by nature, making this the ideal spot to have dinner or drink a warm cup of coffee. 𝐊𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐊𝐒, 𝐏𝐀𝐃𝐃𝐋𝐄 𝐁𝐎𝐀𝐓, & 𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐊 Our waterfront home is nestled on the tranquil waters of Lake Forest and boasts stunning panoramic views of natural lily pads and vegetation that encircle the entire lake. Kayaks and paddle boats will be stored for Winter starting November 1 and will return in the Spring/Summer. Please keep in mind that there is no public beach or boat launch, and as such we recommend bringing water shoes to navigate the natural mud and lily pads at the water's edge. If you plan to swim, we suggest using a paddle boat or kayak to access deeper waters for a refreshing dip. Lake Forest also offers great fishing! Acknowledgment of our rental agreement is required prior to arrival. This will be sent to you upon booking confirmation. 𝐊𝐈𝐓𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐍 Our fully furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including baking sheets, silverware, pots and pans, cutting boards, coffee cups, and wine glasses for each person in your family. We also provide a coffee pot & tea kettle during your reservation. 𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑 We have hard, well water which can sometimes have a slight taste, so we recommend bringing bottled water for your convenience. Start each day off right by savoring a warm cup of coffee and enjoying the sunrise over Lake Forest. 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌 Enjoy a newly renovated, modern bathroom stocked with bath, beach, and makeup towels. We also provide Q-tips, cotton balls, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐁𝐄𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌 Our primary bedroom offers a queen bed with a hotel-grade mattress. Additionally, it has a desk that is perfect for focusing if needed. 𝐋𝐎𝐅𝐓 Our loft overlooks the lake and has 2 twin beds, perfect for the kids to make memories! 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌 The living room has a couch that pulls out with a memory foam mattress built into it and a loveseat for additional seating. Relax in the evening and sign into your favorite streaming subscription with our Roku TV! We also provide an assortment of playing cards and board games. We can't wait for you to experience the magic of this special place! Guest access Lake Forest Cottage is nestled at the end of a dirt road in the rural community of Six Lakes. There is a driveway available for your use, and ample parking for everyone’s vehicles. Should we have heavy rain or snow, a four-wheel drive is recommended for traveling on our dirt roads. Drive slow, as you'll likely see many Amish folks and deer on your trek to Lake Forest. Other things to note There are three exterior security cameras on the property. Two cameras are facing the road and driveway along with one doorbell camera. These are for us to verify cleaners and handymen have prepared the property for your stay! Dogs are welcome! If you are bringing a dog on your vacation, there will be a $75 fee. Every additional dog will require a $50 fee.
