Updated home near broadway, 3 miles east of downtown. Easy access to major highway US 63 and interstate 70. Safe, quiet location; easy access to all that Columbia has to offer. Many dining options nearby. Pet friendly. My wife and I are usually present in the home, but we provide as much privacy as possible. We know that privacy is important to our guests, so our bedroom is in the basement and we do all that we can to provide the desired amount of privacy. The space Enjoy high speed internet, DirecTV, kitchen with all amenities, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 air mattresses upon request. Couches are also comfortable and suitable for sleeping. 2 full baths as well as a wonderful view of wooded area on the back deck. Coffee bar and breakfast bar with requests accepted and accommodated when possible. The entertainment suite comes equipped with Internet streaming video (Netflix/Vevo/YouTube/etc.) and satellite (DirecTV) My wife and myself as well as 2 cats and 2 dog are usually present in the lower level of the home. All pets are very friendly and would love your company! Guest access Guests will have access to the main level of the home.
