Our brand-new tiny home, thoughtfully designed inside a shipping container, offers a smart, space-saving layout perfect for solo adventurers and cozy stays for couples. With a walkability score of 98/100, you’ll be in the heart of a true walker’s paradise. Best suited for guests traveling light, this charming retreat delivers a big experience in a small, well-designed space. Note: This home is ideal for solo travelers and works well for two guests who are comfortable sharing a compact layout. The space Upon entering the black wooden gate, you'll walk along a paved path surrounded by hedges that ensure privacy in your private patio. A beautiful white pergola and lush greenery create a serene outdoor space where you can unwind. Enjoy relaxing on the 2 outdoor chairs or dining at the table with 4 chairs. Sliding open the glass door, you'll immediately see a bed on your right that also functions as a couch for lounging and watching TV. The 50" smart TV is complemented by a pull-down desk for work, which can be stowed away to reveal a twin trundle that connects to the existing bed, converting it into a King-sized bed. Next to the bed, you'll find a set of drawers and a rod with hangers for your storage needs, along with a dedicated workstation that also serves as a private dining area. In the kitchen, you'll find a 2-burner induction stove, with induction pots stored in the cupboard below and utensils in the drawer underneath. A kettle, French press, medium roast ground coffee, and sugar are provided for your convenience. The full-size refrigerator and microwave are located next to the desk. Beyond the kitchen, a barn door leads to a newly renovated bathroom. The bathroom features a full-size shower, sink, toilet, and ample storage with all necessary supplies provided. Please note that only very small furry friends (under 15 lbs) are welcome, with a $100 fee. Guest access Guest has access to the entire tiny home. It is secluded from the streets. Enjoy the privacy and full use of the patio area. Contactless self check in: Key for door is in the lockbox. A code specific to you for the length of your stay will be messaged to guest 72 hours before check-in. If your booking is last min, send host a message to provide you an emergency door code and check-in instructions. Other things to note Parking - There is no dedicated parking available for this home. There are a lot of free street parking available and also parking lots that are a short walk away. This is a walkers paradise so most folks opt to not having a car during their stay. Maximum occupancy of 1 guests is enforced. Host may allow an additional guest. Inquire before booking. You are welcome to have visitors but NO PARTIES allowed - max visitors - 2. There is a house detached to the structure that shares the gate. Please do not disturb the occupants. Laundry - There is no laundry facility in the premises, however, there is a laundromat a few block away. Grab the laundry bag under the desk and take a walk on Piedmont Ave. Have a Pete's coffee on the way or a bite as you await. Security - There is a ring doorbell cameras at the entrance to the gate which is on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the interior gate.
