The space ✦ Area: 35 m² loft, entirely at the guest's disposal. ✦ Capacity: Suitable for up to 2 guests. ✦ Floor: First floor of a classic and quiet building with few neighbors in the center of Madrid. ✦ Layout: A 140 cm bed and a sofa, TV and a table for eating or using as a workspace, with Wi-Fi, AC and heating. ✦ Kitchen: American kitchen equipped with everything you need, including pans, pots, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and washer-dryer. ✦ Bathroom: Fully equipped with shower gel, shampoo, towels, hot water via electric heater, heating, air conditioning and iron. Guest access ✦ Elevator: It is located on the mezzanine floor; you need to go up a flight of stairs to access the apartment. Other things to note ✦ To formalize the agreement, a rental contract will be signed, for which personal data such as the identification number (ID or passport), the full name and the address of the reservation holder will be required. ✦ Please respect the neighbors' peace. The apartment has a noise monitor that notifies us when the allowed noise level is exceeded. We receive a notification and if the house rules are broken, we can cancel the reservation immediately without a refund. (It is not a recorder or camera, it only measures sound decibels).
