The space Brand new this season to Dreamin’ Seamen - Fire Island!! - Relax in NC windblown hammocks fireside during the day while reading a book or catching a much needed afternoon nap or add to the relaxation at night enjoying a cozy fire with loved ones. - 8 bedrooms - 7 bathrooms (5 full, 2 half) - multi-level living spaces - Game room w/ pool table, ping pong - Swimming pool - Horseshoes court - Access to volleyball court - Brand new fire island w/ hammocks to relax - Short walk to the beach Guest access Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.** **Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation** **Pool will open May 1st and close mid October** Other things to note Whether you're looking to fill your vacation with games and activities, or hoping to relax under the sun, this home is for you! Situated just a brief 5-minute stroll away from the beach, this home features something for everyone. One of the highlights of our beach home (besides the proximity to the beach!) is the sparkling private pool, beckoning you to take a refreshing dip on those sunny coastal days. Lounge poolside and bask in the glorious sunshine, or relax in the adjacent hot tub and let the warm bubbles melt away any lingering stress. For the sports enthusiasts in your group, our property features an outdoor court perfect for a friendly game of volleyball. Indoors, there's no shortage of entertainment options. Gather in the recreation room for a lively game of ping pong or pool, or enjoy some downtime in the cozy living areas that are complete with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Payment Schedule: 50% due at confirmation 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
