Enjoy a peaceful weekend in this one bedroom Bungalow 5 mins from Newport beach with a private yard with patio/bonfire pit and 3 beach cruisers that you are welcome to ride around town. The space This is a one bedroom back house, completely detached from the front property with a huge private yard. It will comfortably sleep 2 but I do have a futon and couch so 3/4 could work as well. Guest access It is best to enter through the back gate located in the alley off of Fullerton Street - that is where the designated parking spot is located (that you are able to use during your stay). Once you enter the back gate the entire yard and back house will be private to you. Feel free to borrow my beach cruisers (only a 15 min ride down to the beach and tons of restaurants close by that are fun to cruise to). My closet will be full of my things but I will leave a small section available in case you need to hang any items during your stay.
