It has a bike trail out back (you can borrow my bike) and it is central to just about all the restaurants and grocery stores, and mall that you would ever need. It is close to a bus route and you can go downtown or to Colorado City or to Manitou or? There is a Bustang in Colorado Springs that takes you to Denver. And don't forget the casino buses. You can see the mountains from the bike trail hiking trail. The views and believable, especially when you get a dusting of snow.
