The space This is our family home but you'll have the whole space to yourself! There is ample space for a group or family. Our house is on a beautiful street lined by historic homes and trees. During your stay you can walk within less than 4 blocks to several downtown breweries, restaurants, bookstores, coffee shops, the city park, riverfront, running and biking paths, dog park and more! We are also walking distance to OSU, walk to games or other events in 10 minutes. City and Greyhound bus stations also within a few blocks. The home itself is in the Avery-helm historic district and has over 100 years of charm. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 kids room with a crib, also available is a very comfortable queen air mattress if needed. Two bedrooms include sinks for convenience. Make meals in our updated convenient kitchen and enjoy it in our beautiful dining room that sits over 10 people. The living room can be open to the dining room for fluid conversations or you can close it off to enjoy a game or movie on the 65 inch TV with surround sound. Lastly our outdoor spaces are fantastic! The front porch is an excellent spot for people watching. The back yard is a beautiful place for privacy, to grill, watch the hummingbirds and drink some coffee.
