Private bedroom with family area! No cleaning fee!

The suite is located in the lower level of the home with a spacious 600 square feet including wifi, a bedroom, shared bath, sofa, tv viewing living area, dedicated desk for guest use only with access to a wifi enabled printer, gym equipment, and an eating area for drinking your morning coffee and before beginning your day. The city of Spring Hill is close enough to all the action of the Kansas City metropolitan area but yet far enough away to escape the big city and relax. The space The main living area of the lower level is warm and inviting with amenities such as your own refrigerator, microwave, Keurig machine with an assortment of coffees, and the use of provided gym equipment. Included for your use, are plates, cups, and silverware at the eating area. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, chest of drawers and lamp for those wanting to read before falling asleep in a super comfortable memory foam bed with a dreamy mattress topper to add to your comfort while sleeping. The walk in closet provides you with plenty of space to hang your clothes on the included hangers and if you are in need of an iron and ironing board, one is tucked away inside the closet. The shared bathroom next door includes soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer and other basic necessities. The lower level is accessed off the front door of the main level with a baby gate at the top of the staircase. We offer use of the kitchen in the upper level, which has been fully stocked with appliances such as Instant Pot, Crock Pot, Toaster, Kitchen Aid mixer, Ninja Food processor, microwave, and oven. The non appliances include basic spices, pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware. We offer self check-in with a unique entry code for the duration of your stay and free on street parking. During your stay I work from home and am available at most times if needed. During your stay, we are also available by message or phone if we are out of the house. We do have a little dog named Fuzzy and she is curiously friendly until she figures you out and then she will leave you alone. I also babysit my grandchildren on occasion and there may be an occasional noise from the upper level but it should not be a hinderance to your comfort.
