The space "The urbanization has several entrances, one for cars, which through a private street will take you to the house and you can park there as long as there is space, and other pedestrian doors that give access to the beach and the promenade. The house has two accesses, the main door and the entrance to the outdoor terrace (ideal for coming from the beach and taking a shower without entering the house). Located in the heart of the complex are the pools (one large and one for the little ones) and a tennis court. There is a lifeguard in July & Agust. Both are communal, and the indicated rules must be followed around them. Entering through the door of the house, you will find a spacious entrance facing the giant living/dining room. To your left, the kitchen opens up. Clean, simple, and functional, fully equipped with an XXL fridge. At the end, there is the utility room with the washing machine, iron, and a "potpourri" of cleaning elements and products. In front of the kitchen, you will see one of the bathrooms in the house, completely renovated a few weeks ago with a large shower tray. Next to the bathroom is the "treasure closet" where the brand new super barbecue is hidden along with various beach accessories, vacuum cleaner... etc. The living room is divided into 3 areas. The first with its 2 comfortable sofas to enjoy a good movie or some cartoons for the kids. On the same side of the living room, you have another corner facing the outdoor terrace with its new and very comfortable sofa bed for those who prefer to fall asleep by the fireplace. On the side of the staircase, you will see the dining area with its large table to share some delicious meals or dinners always at a good temperature with its air conditioning. Before going up to the upper floor, how can we not talk about the outdoor terrace? Ideal in summer, it has a large awning, basic terrace furniture, and an outdoor shower. And quick access to the beach if you want to take a dip. The upper part consists of 4 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. On the right is the main master bedroom with a private terrace and sea views. 2 sun loungers await you for your tanning sessions. Opposite this room, you have one for children with its trundle bed.
