Cameras will be recorded during the reservation. - Please clean your dishes/BBQ grill after use. - Cleaning fee is just for one-time cleaning before your check-in. Daily cleaning is available for an additional charge. - Well-trained pets under 25lb are welcome, but all pets need to be disclosed and approved. - Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the Liability Waiver below. - If you book a stay on behalf of additional guests, you are required to ensure that every additional guest meets any requirements set by the Host, and is made aware of and agrees to these House Rules and Liability Waiver. The primary guest is held countable and liable for all actions of the non-registered guests. - Please understand that we have agreed to share our home with you with the expectation that you will treat it respectfully. Guests will be responsible for covering any damages or missing items.
