As such, some ambient traffic sounds may occasionally be heard, particularly when enjoying the outdoor areas. However, guests often find the peaceful interior and the refreshing private pool provide a wonderful retreat, and the lush garden helps create a sense of privacy. • Utility Costs (Important): To ensure fair usage and promote responsible consumption, water and electricity are charged according to your usage. Meter readings are recorded by the property manager upon your arrival and departure. o Water: €9 per cubic meter (m³) o Electricity: €0.40 per kilowatt-hour (KwH) While costs vary with usage, past guests typically budget around €10-12 per day.
