Room in Luxurious Home in Redondo

Luxurious home located in upscale neighborhood about 10-15 minutes away from the SeaTac Airport. Walking distance to Safeway, a number of fast food joints and other restaurants + close to the Bus Line. Room features a bathroom next to it. The space The photo is an older photo of the room. The room has a bed with Full-size mattress (to be upgraded to Queen soon). Has a 27" Flat screen TV on the wall. It also has a small desk with a chair. Right now has a futon / couch with a coffee table (can be taken out). The bathroom is primarily used by occupant of the room - but is also used by guests on that floor (as that's the only bathroom on that floor). The room has a small desk and a chair now. Room has a window with a retention pond below - the ducks should be coming back during "wet" season :) Guest access Guests are welcome to utilize kitchen - there will be a section that will be pointed out where dishes / pots / pans / silverware is for usage if needed. During your stay Guests will be pointed out certain things - can give some recommendations. Other things to note The house is rented room-by-room - with me, the owner, living there too. So, there are 4 other tenants on premises. Everybody is super friendly!
