Comfort: My warm and spacious 1 bedroom is ideal if you're looking to relax in a home with separate but comfortable spaces. Convenience: Just a 4 minute walk from the L train, which connects to every major subway line in NYC. Location: At the crossroads of the East Village and Alphabet City, the neighborhood features dozens of high quality restaurants and exciting night life options, all within walking distance The space My warm and comfortable one BR is perfect for two or three. Unlike most 1BRs in NYC, it's split into three separate spaces: the bedroom features a comfy queen bed; the living room includes a roomy couch and bean bag to lounge on, spacious work desk, and 42" TV; and the kitchen has ample space to cook a tasty meal. Guest access The entire apartment is of course yours, but so are other features within the apartment. In addition to the basics - clean towels, sheets, and dishes - I have very fast (translation: above the basic package) wifi. Because I only have one closet in the whole apartment, it's not accessible to guests.
