Guest access The backyard and Open space in behind the house Other things to note No Big Parties are allowed in the house. Additional charges will be placed if unauthorized parties occur. The property does have outdoor cameras for security purposes. We do charge extra for events and extra guests. Any unauthorized parties will be shut down and the guests will be asked to leave without a refund. It will also be a $1000 fine is any such party happens without our knowledge or more guests were on the property than what was told to us.
