The space After my husband & I inherited my parent's rentals, we continued with the same theme: We're not just renting out an apartment, we're providing a home. Be delighted by the vintage charm along with modern conveniences, alarm clocks with USB ports, a 55" Roku TV, and WiFi. The bathroom is clean and recently renovated with a Jewel touch. The living room is spacious with comfy and slightly unique furniture, along with a desk and a few supplies to accommodate your needs if working remotely (also new flooring). The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, tableware, pizza pan, utensils, oil, salt, pepper, among many other items. Enjoy sharing a meal with colorful dishes at our beautiful round glass table and chairs, with a sparkling chandelier overhead. Use the washer & dryer, appliances, & many other amenities. Be our guest! House Rules: no smoking, no parties, no candles, and no glitter. Guest access Guests/friends may park in front of the apartment building. Pull forward so as not to block the mailboxes. Enter the front door and the apt is on the left; you may enter using your keypad code. There is also room for 2 vehicles (per apartment) to park behind the building; pull in to the far left. This downstairs apartment has 2 steps (an easy entrance). Dogs must be on a leash when outside. Potty area is behind OUR building along the treeline. Use a poop bag. 5.) Take walks out front not behind other buildings. Courtesy to the neighbors.
