Charming apartment with garden right on the beach

This is a 3 bedroom apartment located directly on the beach in the first floor of a charming building. It has a beautiful garden and a unique view of the beach. Within walking distance you can find several supermarkets, banks, restaurants and local shops and cafés. Various hotels are very close by. The beach is very wide, with calm waters and a private tent installed specially for you upon arrival. For a surcharge a maid will clean up and cook everyday. This service is compulsory. The space This apartment is like being in a house. The garden that surrounds the property makes you feel in the tropic. The terrace has two hammocks where you can take a nap or watch the sunset without leaving your place. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and two single beds. Second room has a king size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds with two roll out beds. Guest access Guests have direct access to the beach, and a private tent provided with the apartment. Other things to note Please DO NOT drink tap water, it is not suitable for drinking!!! The maid can buy for you a 5 gallon bottle of water which you can use for washing vegetables, making juices and drinking. Just ask the maid and she will assist you. The guest has to pay everyday directly to the maid the amount of COP 80.000 in cash for her services. This is compulsory, she must go and service the apartment on a daily basis and this amount is not included in the price of the reservation, it’s an extra. Bring sunscreen and insect repellent.
