This newly remodeled cottage offers an updated kitchen with granite countertops, dining area, living room, bathroom, and enclosed front porch with rocking chairs on the main floor. The loft offers an open bedroom with a view of the river and an office area. The space The Loft Bedroom offers a full-size bed, and the living room offers a sofa bed with a full-size mattress. The Kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, cookware, kitchen utensils, microwave, and Keurig. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom are all stocked with linens and towels. Other things to note Cell phone service is limited, and no house phone is available. WIFI is provided by Brightspeed and is 10Mbps or less. This is a unique cottage with steep steps leading up to the loft bedroom and down to the river. These and other carefully curated features add to the distinct character and charm of the property. But they may pose safety risks for very young children and those with mobility challenges. Please ensure that you’re comfortable with these elements before booking. Kayaks are available with a signed waiver. The depth and clarity of the river will depend upon the weather and cannot be guaranteed by the property owner. Firewood is not provided.
