The Little Old House

“The Little Old House” is the perfect spot for a weekend in Oxford. It is located literally within 1 mile of everything! The historic square is the most popular attraction. There you will find well-known restaurants, book stores, boutiques, and more. If you plan on visiting campus for a game, concert, parents weekend, graduation, etc. you will find a walking path within 200 yards of the driveway that will lead you right to it. "The Little Old House" is only missing you! The space Built in the 1970’s, this 1100sq ft house has been in our family for over 40 years. It is full of wonderful family memories, and we are excited to offer a space where you can make wonderful memories too. You will find all new furnishings from curtains and linens to furniture and décor and everything in between. The house lacks central heat and air but has a gas heater and window unit that heats and cools the house without any issues. For your comfort, there are 2 bedrooms (1 queen size bed and 1 full size bed, both with new mattresses) and 1 bathroom. Each room has a small closet. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The living room has a smart TV, seating for 7, and free Wi-Fi. You will find the small kitchen to have just what you need for whipping up grove treats or cooking out with the family! Out back you will find a porch with a grill, seating for 5 with lighting, as well as a large back yard where you will often see deer grazing the manicured lawn. The driveway will easily accommodate two cars. Guest access The entire home is available. Other things to note We are happy to provide any additional needs (airport transportation, anniversary/birthday décor, etc) upon request. Pricing varies.
