Secure parking included. The space Our beautiful waterfront villa offers a luxurious and comfortable holiday experience for families or groups of friends. The master suite features a Queen sized bed, full ensuite, and a private balcony with stunning views over the canal with Cicerellos and Mandurah Foreshore in the distance. The villa also has a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, accommodating up to four people. Each bedroom has built-in robes for your convenience. There are two bathrooms upstairs and a third bathroom downstairs near the full laundry. The courtyard provides ample space to store your bikes and includes a clothesline. The sleek, modern kitchen with stone bench tops is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast and looks out over the travertine-lined dining and living area, patio and canals. We also have a 4 burner hooded gas barbecue on the deck for your use. The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning sunrise coffee or your evening sunset beverage of choice. Unlike some of the east-facing villas in the complex you will have the best of the sunshine whilst being protected from the afternoon and evening winds. It really is waterfront bliss. Guest access There are 15 privately owned villas in the Port Sails complex and ours is on the north side looking towards Cicerellos and the Mandurah Foreshore. You will be able to drive up to two vehicles into the secure, gated car park area where you have use of our private carport and parking space next to our front door. There is a shared grass area inside the complex where you may leave a boat trailer for the duration of your stay. The deck and lower patio area immediately in front of our villa are for your exclusive use and the jetty is shared with unit 12 with the eastern side of it available exclusively to our guests.
