Comfortable house w/ fenced backyard w/dogdoor off i-20 in Eastlake, minutes east of downtown/beltline (4 mile/10 min drive to Mecedez Benz Arena) near Atlanta's most fun neighborhoods, East Atlanta, Little 5, Decatur. House is 1200 square ft, 2 bdr / 2 bath. 120' Screen and projector are in living room which has a Roku with HBO, Starz, NFLX, and major networks through the Xfinity app. Couch can sleep 1 more or air bed could be used. Master bedroom has TV too. Good WIFI throughout. Dog friendly The space Great house for an extended stay with Dogs. I'm a film lover so I have lots of movie memorabilia everywhere. If you like to watch movies or sports you will love the HD projector and screen... retract the screen and read in a screen free living room. Dead end street is nice and quiet and very safe. Fenced in backyard and dog door so dogs are happy and safe being left alone. Guest access Access to entire house except 1 side room and two closets which remain locked. 1 master, 1 guest bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, back porch, backyard, outdoor shower( great for dog baths ), washer and dryer behind house in shed.
