The detached 2 car garage and 1 extra parking space in front of the garage is a great perk. Please note-our unit enjoys exclusive access to the west side of the ground level patio only (to the left of the entry stairs if facing the unit). The other side is exclusive to the separate ground level unit. SECOND LEVEL As soon as you walk into this upper level home (no one above you!) you will be impressed with the spacious layout. As you enter the 2nd floor main living area, you will enjoy the relaxing living room with a cozy fireplace, Smart TV, sofa sleeper, dining area, kitchen, half bath and washer/dryer. There is a nice patio off the living room to enjoy this quiet court. THIRD LEVEL Come on up the spiral staircase to the top floor where you will find all of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom with a peek-a-boo ocean view balcony has a King size bed and en suite bath. Just down the hallway, the 2 remaining bedrooms are joined by a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom. The 2nd br offers a full size bed, and the 3rd br has 2 queen beds and direct access to an incredible covered balcony with enough room for 6 people to lounge and enjoy.
