Our three bedroom 2 bath split floor plan home sits on 1 acre in a quiet subdivision right off Interstate 40. The space We have a fully stocked kitchen. The table seats 6 and 3 chairs at the bar. Living room has ceiling fan and vaulted ceiling with a 55" smart TV with DVD to watch videos (no cable). 1 King bed in Master, and 1 full bed in each of the other bedrooms all of which have ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer are available to you in utility room. We have 2 porches with swings front and back and a large patio to relax outside. Kids will have fun making use of the basketball goal and playset. Beds for 6 guests and 1 full size air mattress for extra guests totaling up to 8 guests if desired. Guest access You have access to entire home minus master br closet and 1 at the front door, 1 master bath cabinet, and the garage. There is an extra parking pad for you in the driveway. The driveway is big enough for several cars, please do not park in yard or edge of street. As listed, you will see our personal items in the home, especially the kid's closets. You are welcome to hang your clothes up, but please do not remove or use any of our personal items inside the closet. The girl's room also now has a chest that is full of clothing while we are stateside. Thank you for booking our listing and taking care of our home! Other things to note We are only 25 minutes from the Jackson Sports Plex and a multitude of restaurants. Dont feel like cooking and want to stay close? Within a mile, you can eat at Patty's Restaurant or Patty's To-Go. Fast food options include Subway, Dairy Queen, McDonald's, and I-Mart pizza. We recommend checking out Jitters coffee shop (10 miles South in Lexington). Dollar General, which has a Redbox, is just around the corner if you need anything and it's open till 10pm
