Quiet north Wichita room just off I-135 & Hwy254

Roomy and updated home in small town Bel Aire north of all the noise, but within comfortable driving distance to WSU, Koch, and the airport and a short distance off I-135. The house will be occasionally shared with the owner and a friendly kitty named Graham. The cat will not bug you in your private room if you do not want him to. The guest bedroom has a full sized bed, which can sIeep up to two. The space This room is a great find because it's a 5 bed, 3 bed house, self check-in and out, and will mostly be unoccupied with the exception of a furry friend. In addition to the private room there is access to a full basement with a 65" TV with cable and a full bathroom. Guest access This room is self check-in and self check-out. The private bedroom is on the main level with a full sized bed, closet, and full private bathroom. Guests are welcome to the family area, which has a smart TV, couch and fireplace, as well as the kitchen. Access is also provided to the full basement, which has cable TV, two large couches, and another full bathroom. The kitchen is available for use. A nespresso machine with pods and coffee cups is available. A standard coffee pot is also available. Guests are welcome to any cooking utensils available in the kitchen. I ask that guest communicate with me prior to cooking. There is plenty of parking in front of my home on the street or a spot in the driveway. During your stay Full self check-in and self check-out, but I may be present during the evenings. Please reach me by phone. I am as responsive and communicative as possible. I enjoy small talk, but also respect personal space and privacy. Other things to note Please be aware of the cat and do not let him outside. If you have cat allergies, this may not be the place for you unless you can tolerate it. Please be aware that I diligently clean to prevent any cat hair from lingering where guests will be, and he is not allowed in the guest bedroom. He is very friendly and may meet you at the door when you arrive, but can be shy as well. Please communicate if you need anything!
