Guest access While I would prefer to rent the whole house at the listed price, I am willing to discuss renting only part of the house, either 2 bedrooms and baths upstairs, or one bedroom with bath downstairs with separate entrance, whenever the whole house is not rented. These rooms would be rented at a lower rate, to be negotiated depending on number of guests and length of stay. If the whole house is not rented guests would share the kitchen only with the owner.
