The apartment is located at the heart of Williamsburg with countless restaurants, bars and transportation options just steps away from the door. This is 1 bedroom of 3 bedroom apartment, furniture inside the room is limited but not older than 3 months. Rooftop and fireescape have an astonishing Manhattan view without any interruption except East River itself! There is CVS, liquor shop and organic grocery store located across the street. L line is 5 min, Manhattan ferry 2min, Citibike 1min away!! The space This lovely apartment consists of one full and one half bathroom. During your stay only you'll use the half bathroom to provide you with a maximum privacy. You're alway free to use our Italian kitchen but most of the time it's not necessary since there are more than 6 restaurants only within the block. This place is able to accomadate your every need. Guest access Kitchen, both bathrooms, living room, fire escape, rooftop and down stairs gym!! During your stay I will be working during weekdays, getting up early at 6 p.m. and coming back at 5 p.m.
