Private Apt in LoHi: Parking, Grill, W/D, & Yard!

Newly renovated, cozy one bed one bath lower-level unit with private entrance and large backyard in the heart of Sunny Side. It is a 10 to 15 min walk to all of the Highland’s restaurants and bars and just a 3-5 min walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, cute shops and parks. Only minutes from downtown. Enjoy your evenings on the back patio while you grill. The space We love our little downstairs apartment. This unit has a beautifully renovated bathroom, full kitchen, W/D, grill, large backyard and plenty of street parking. We even have an area in the back that you can park if you prefer to be off street. Just ask. This is a basement apartment and there are airbnb renters or ourselves in the unit above you. We just recently added additional insulation and barrier in the bedroom ceiling but you can still sometimes hear sound from upstairs (walking and muddled sounds). This unit features 7' ceilings so if you’re tall, this might not be the place for you. You will see the home, walk up the steps, and follow the walkway and enter through the fence to the back of the house. Enter through the private entrance at the back of the house. To the left you will see the shared washer dryer. Backyard: The backyard is a shared space for both the upstairs and downstairs guests. There is a light switch by the door across from the washer and dryer for the backyard area. We also have misters you can use if you hook the hose to the end of the misters. Please leave it tidy and the way you found it. Washer/Dryer: This is a shared use washer and dryer. When you finish washing clothes, please leave the washer door open so that it may dry. Fire Pit: If you are going to use the fire pit in the back yard, you need to make 100% certain that the fire is out before leaving it unattended. Grill: We do not stock propane but feel free to use the grill. There may be gas available from a previous guest. Be sure to always turn the gas off.
