Cottage Directly on Lake Champlain

Located on a private road, this cottage has 60 feet of lake frontage, and faces Lake Champlain to the west for great sunset views. Included in the rental fee is a 14-foot aluminum boat (which is registered for use with your motor) and a 50-foot dock. A 3600-pound capacity boat hoist is available for an extra fee. A public boat access is located less than one mile away. The beach is a mixture of sand and shale with a gradual drop-off, making it ideal for children.
